The room was tastefully decorated, we really enjoyed a fairly clean bathroom in it. The bed was great, and the breakfast was lovely.

Location: the hotel was near to resturant, and a restaurant and bar. The room was airy, compact, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff was super-friendly, incredible, I loved the stay mainly because of them.
Sadly, there was no roomservice.

The hotel offers compact, nicely decorated rooms with ugliest decoration and water from the rain, for instance. The location of the property in Montauk is very pretty, very close to the beach that passes by most of the inns such as surf buses, the shops, and the pool/ resturant. Again, the hotel is 1 mile from Lake Montauk.

What a very enjoyable stay, no complaints. The hotel was stunningly beautiful and clean, overlooked the bay. Affable staff all over the place. Spacious room, comfy bed and clean bathroom. A great bar on site.

Great location as its and close enough to Montauk during the summer, a very pleasant garden and a beach. Outstandingly accommodating people are working there.
The bathrooms are nasty.

I enjoyed staying at this resort. It was conveniently located in the middle of things, making it easy to explore the area. The room was spacious and had a full-length mirror in the living area, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast options were delicious. The view from the room was stunning, especially when watching the sunset from the platform.
There were some issues with the pool, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

Nice property, clean room with comfy beds. Good water pressure, though no fridge. Relaxing atmosphere with warm outdoor pool even in October. Friendly and attentive staff at reception, restaurant, and bar. Very welcoming and helpful manager. a pleasant experience.
